1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StreamVio ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Description of Service

StreamVio is a media player application. Users add their own M3U/Xtream Codes playlists. The App does not provide, host, or distribute any media content.

3. Subscriptions

StreamVio offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:

• StreamVio Pro Monthly — Billed monthly
• StreamVio Pro Yearly — Billed annually
• StreamVio Pro Lifetime — One-time purchase, no renewal

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Manage/Cancel: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.

Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you access
• You must have legal rights to access any content you add
• You must comply with all applicable laws
